Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions If you find and advise Pan Hotel of a lower publicly available room rate carrying the same rate conditions, for the same room type and bed type, and for the same dates and number of guests, rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions, prior to, or within 3 hours of making a reservation on Pan Hotel website, we will make your reservation for you honouring the competing rate.
The following do not qualify:
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities or any additional guest charges or other additional fees that may apply at Pan Hotel.
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
Rooms on the other website must be bookable at the time of verification.
In the event of a multiple night stay, Pan Hotel will compare the total cost of the stay on Pan Hotel website with the total cost of the stay displayed on the competitor website. Only one Best Rate Guarantee reward will apply per stay.
Rate conditions include, but are not limited to, advance purchase requirements, prepayments, deposit requirements and cancellation and change policies.
Pan Hotel reserves the right to deny a claim where the rate displayed on the competing website has more restrictive rate conditions than Pan Hotel rate on our website.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations booked through a competing room provider. Pan Hotel reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot independently verify the availability of the competitor rate at the time it processes the claim.
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable. Pan Hotel reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
